Favorite spot to grab lunch at a reasonable price. They're friendly. The food arrives in a timely manner. I really enjoy the miso salmon with the mustard greens. The salmon consistently comes out moist and flavorful. I'm always impressed (my coworkers too) by how well they cook the salmon. They also have frozen in house made stuff like green onion pancakes, sausages (spicy, not spicy garlic, etc), meatballs, etc. I have also purchased these and enjoyed them. Great flavor!

Iykyk! Yes. Yes. Yes. And yes. Go here. When you're feeling options and a cafeteria style lunch/dinner with just a little bit of everything, this is what you're looking for (closes at 7:30PM). There's a lot of options but, I usually order the bento box with stewed pork and the spicy Taiwanese sausage. Then you get to add two more additional sides that rotate accordingly to season. It's also a mini grocery store! You'll find lots of frozen take home options like wontons and sausage. There is a small dry goods section filled with powered soup bases and instant ramen. This is primarily grab and go with limited available seating. It is street parking but, I rarely have an issue finding a spot in front. Located across from Binchoyaki and parallel to Osaka-ya.

Taiwan Best is super spartan and seats around 10 at the most, but it serves up authentic Taiwan delights that won't disappoint. I had a chance to try the oyster pancake, zha jiang mian, and stewed pork over rice. The oyster pancake really did it for me, it had a crispy edge, sweet thick sauce, and enough fresh oysters to satisfy the oyster lover in me. Definitely a must-try if you go there. The zha jiang mian was a solid pick and the noodles seemed to be freshly hand cut. The stewed pork was decent and cheap, making for a good quick lunch. As long as you don't expect some high class dining establishment, and just good solid Taiwanese cuisine, you won't be disappointed!

This mom and pop restaurant/market puts out some good home cooking. The spot is small but the food is warm and comforting. The Taiwanese sausage rice bowl is a hit. Juicy and flavorful, they sell these to order and frozen so you can bring them home. They also have homemade wontons to order or frozen to bring home. They are delicious and I usually have to buy extra to make at home. The items that are prepared in store and are my favorites are the basil popcorn chicken and noodles. The popcorn chicken is crispy and plentiful. The noodles have good chew and could be hand pulled. The noodle bowl comes with veggies but could use more sauce. Both are worth trying as all the food here hits the spot!
